Romanesque church with a single nave, covered by a barrel vault and ending to the east in a semicircular apse. Structural issues caused by the vault’s thrusts led to the addition of four lateral buttresses. The original semicircular doorway, now sealed, is on the south wall. The current entrance is on the west façade, through a round-arched door. This façade also has a simple splayed window and is topped by a single-opening bell-gable. The church of Sant Martí de Taús is mentioned in the 1094 will of Ramon Guillem de Taús, where donations are made to both Sant Martí and Sant Julià de Taús. In the 18th century, Sant Julià was rebuilt or significantly modified to become the parish church, while Sant Martí became the cemetery chapel.
