A church with a single nave, headed to the east by a semi-circular apse which is closed to the nave by a partition wall. Near the head, there are two side chapels, with one on each side. The access door is in the western wall and is semi-circular and gabled. Above the door, there is a double-slit window. The wall is made from rubble. The whole building is covered by a two-sided flagstone roof and it is crowned, on its western façade, by a bell gable with two openings. There are no historical references to the church of Our Lady of the Conception of Miravall except for the creation of a concession of land to the Chapel of the Holy Cross of this church, in 1750.
