Church and former collegiate church located in the heart of Organyà. The building shows significant alterations, making it difficult to read the original Romanesque structures, though its apse remains visible. It currently has a basilica plan: the northern nave consists of several interconnected chapels. This same site yielded the Homilies d’Organyà, written late 12th or early 13th century, now preserved in the Library of Catalonia and considered one of the earliest Catalan texts, discovered here in 1904. Documented in the consecration act of Urgell Cathedral and in Count Borrell II’s will (993), it was the seat of a former Augustinian canonry. The church has undergone multiple phases of building and destruction, with at least two consecrations (1057 and 1090) after a fire. During the Carlist Wars, the attic served as troop quarters.
